Introduction ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET:
ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET contains Entecavir which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiviral agents. It is used to manage chronic Hepatitis-B infection in adults, children, and adolescents (2-18 years old). Hepatitis B is a viral infection that attacks the liver and can cause both acute and chronic disease.
Prior to the management, your doctor may want you to take several blood tests to understand your existing condition. Before taking ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart disease, or HIV infection. ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.
ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children (less than 2 years of age). Consult your doctor before taking it. The most common side effects of taking ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET are headache, inability to sleep, extreme tiredness, dizziness, sleepiness, vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea, or indigestion. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects gets worse.

How to consume ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET:
Take ENTEHEP 0.5MG TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
