Description:

Mechanism Of Action of Arranon 250mg (Nelarabine) Injection:It is from a group of drugs known as antimetabolites.It involves the transformation of the pro-drug into the deoxyguanosine analogue 9-β-D-arabinofuranosylguanine (ara-G).Nelarabine is a prodrug of the deoxyguanosine analogue 9-β-D-arabinofuranosylguanine (ara-G), a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor.

Administration of Arranon 250mg (Nelarabine) Injection:It is to be used as Intravenous Infusion.Do not self-medicate the therapy.Use it under a medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use of Arranon 250mg (Nelarabine) Injection:It is used in the treatment of T- cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T- cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL).

Usage Instruction of Arranon 250mg (Nelarabine) Injection:It is to be used as Intravenous Infusion.Single use vial.Do not use if the solution is cloudy or contains a precipitate.Discard unused portion.Do not self-medicate the therapy.Use it under a medical supervision only.
